Activate or move a license
Use your checkout email and key, and free a seat before moving to another Mac.
A Branchway license covers the number of Macs you bought: 1, 2 or 3. One key works for those Macs. It is a one-time purchase, with every Branchway 1.x update included.
Activate
- Open Branchway and choose Branchway › License….
- Enter the email address used at checkout and your license key.
- Click Activate.
First activation needs an internet connection. Use the same email and key on each Mac covered by the purchase. You can find your key again in the customer portal.
Move to another Mac
On the old Mac, open Settings › License and choose Deactivate this Mac…. Confirm the action, then activate on the new Mac with the same email and key. Deactivating removes the local license, and leaves your files alone.
If the seat limit is reached, deactivate a Mac you no longer use. If you cannot access it, contact the studio with your purchase receipt.
Lost your key?
Open the customer portal and sign in with the email used at checkout. Your license key and receipt are under your order.
A refunded license no longer activates Branchway.
