Check for updates
Automatic checks, manual checks and what your license includes.
Branchway uses Sparkle to check for updates. It checks once a day when automatic checks are enabled, and never installs an update without asking.
Check manually
Choose Branchway › Check for Updates…. To change daily checking, open Settings › General and use “Check for updates automatically.”
Updates are signed, and the app checks their signature before accepting them.
Your license
Every Branchway 1.x update is included with your license. A future major version would be a separate, optional upgrade. Your existing version keeps working.
Release notes for each version are published in the changelog.
