Fourteen days to decide

If Branchway is not right for you, ask within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email hello@evenpine.com from the address used at checkout. Include your receipt or order reference so we can find the purchase. Please do not send payment card details.

Where the money goes

Our payment provider, the merchant of record, returns the payment to the original payment method. Once issued, a refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, sometimes longer. The exact timing depends on the bank.

Your license and your files

The refunded key no longer activates Branchway. The app returns to the applicable trial or browsing state. Your files and folders are not changed by the refund.
