How to ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If Branchway is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. There is no subscription to cancel.
Get in touch
Contact Evenpine from the email address you used at checkout. Include your receipt or order reference so we can identify the purchase. You do not need to send card details.
Our payment provider, the merchant of record, processes the return to the payment method used at checkout. Once a refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank. The confirmation email gives the refund amount.
What happens in the app
A refunded key no longer activates Branchway. The app returns to the applicable trial or browsing state. Your files and folders are not touched.
