Tabs and dual pane

Keep several folders open, or put two folders side by side.

Tabs keep several folders in one Branchway window. Dual pane puts two folders side by side, so both source and destination remain in view.

Start with tabs

Press ⌘T to open a new tab, then navigate to the folder you want. Use the tab row to return to an open folder. Favorites and Workspaces provide another way to keep frequently used locations together.

Use two panes

Press ⌥⌘2 when you want to see two locations together. Each pane can show a different folder. Before a file operation, check the selected files and the destination path.

You can use the same four views—list, icon, column and gallery—as elsewhere in Branchway. A folder shown in a different view still contains the same files.

After the trial

Browsing both panes stays available after the trial. Editing operations, including moving and copying files, need a license once the trial ends. Buying a license keeps your tabs, favorites and settings; you do not need to rebuild your workspace.
